Laetitia Sadiya Badolo

Laetitia Sadiya Badolo is a campaigner at Niyel, where she focuses on influencing strategy and policy. Working with civil society organizations, development institutions, and foundations, Laetitia focuses mainly on optimizing organizational achievement through clear, relevant, and concise road mapping. She has facilitated training sessions to support organizations including the Africa Health Systems Initiative Support to African Research Partnerships in Nairobi, the Consortium pour la Recherche Économique et Sociale in Dakar, and the African Center for Peace and Security Training in Addis. Laetitia has also worked closely with Oxfam to develop a strategy for the GROW Campaign Phase II, aimed at revising ECOWAP policy. Laetitia’s diverse career path¸ working with a wide range of stakeholders on education, health, agriculture, politics, culture and more, has allowed her to gain a thorough understanding of civil society in Africa. Laetitia holds a Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing and Customer Relationship Management from the Institut Supérieur de Management, Dakar, Senegal. She is originally from Burkina Faso and speaks French, English, Bambara, and Moore.
