Chris Allan is a consultant in environmental and community development programming. He has over thirty years' experience in grantmaking and program management with the Institute for Social and Environmental Transition, Environmental Health Fund, Global Greengrants Fund, Catholic Relief Services, and the U.S. Peace Corps. Chris has worked extensively on every continent except Antarctica. He has a particular interest in growing organizations and networks designed to manage the complex issues that face us today. Chris holds a Master's degree in Social Change and Development from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, DC and a Bachelor's degree in Biology and African Studies from Wesleyan University in Connecticut.
